San Antonio Sea World

Our second stop on Spring Break was Sea World. We had gone once over Summer, but couldn't wait to go back. Our kids have become obsessed with Sesame Street, and Sea World was featuring a Big Bird Beach Party. So we had to go!!

We had the most amazing seat. We couldn't have gotten any closer. CC was about a nano-second away from a meltdown because Abby was not in the show!! What the heck?

San Antonio Zoo

We were absolutely spoiled over Spring Break. CC had a week off, and Mark worked out a three day weekend. We started our Spring Break Adventures with the San Antonio Zoo. It was the first time I had been to the SA Zoo, and Carter's first trip to any zoo. It was PACKED!! It's a small zoo and there were a ton of people. The kids didn't care and neither did we. We had so much fun. We even bought season tickets so we will be going back frequently.

Chuck E. Cheese

CC was invited to Chuck E. Cheese for Piero's 5th birthday. She had so much fun. She ate pizza, played games, and her favorite part CAKE!! As soon as we got there she ditched us for her friends, so we ended up playing with Carter.

Carter loved this fishy game! He figured how to put the coin in by himself. So we spent A LOT of time at this game.

Here is the biggest difference between my kids....

Carter is a mess! It has nothing to do with age. CC was never this messy. I can't wait until it gets hot, so I can hose him off out back.

Twinkle Twinkle

We know it's a little early, but Carter WONT keep his clothes on!! So we thought why not give it a try. We have introduced the potty, and he seems very interested! He can already undress himself, and will sit on the potty as long as you sing Twinkle Twinkle.

So now instead of going potty or tinkle or whatever else you may call it... we call it Twinkle Twinkle. Carter went Twinkle Twinkle twice in the froggy potty and once in the big boy potty. It's a good start.

CC practicing riding her big girl bike. She got it last Easter from Auntie Kim, but we are still trying to figure it out. We don't have any cement in our backyard and we live on a busy street, so we took the bikes to the park.

Sesame Street Live

We took the kids to Sesame Street Live for their Valentine's present. The performance was at the Frank Edwin Theater on the UT campus. The kids had a blast! Carter was mesmerized, and CC sang and dance the whole time.

Carwash

One of my fondest memory as a kids was taking our car to the carwash. It was usually my sister and me, and we use to sit and watch the car go through the bath. I took the kids, and our van, to get a car wash, and the memories came flooding back!! CC and Carter are watching our van (in the background) get a bath:)

Makes me think how many times my dad saw this exact same thing?
